Description
This four-storey quarry is located on the northeastern border of the village of Česká Kamenice, about 200 metres north from road No. 13. The sand is mined from sandstone by blasting. Near the quarry the sandstone is crushed and sorted into stone aggregates for building purposes. The sandstone is also cut by a circular saw into formatted or unformatted desk tops.
