Description
The quarry is located on a forested slope 500 metres north of the village of Prosečnice. It is accessible via a turn from road No. 106 towards the Prosečnice train station, which is followed by a path leading through processing stoneworks and then turns into a forest path running along the hillside for about 1 km towards the quarry. The mining takes place primarily from the eastern wall. The stone is transported to a processing plant below the quarry, where gross stonework products are made.
