Description:
Granite from the Kozárovice II quarry is almost identical to granite from Kozárovice I. It is medium grained, grey but unlike granite from the nearby located Vachatovka and Kozárovice quarries, it does not contain feldspar phenocrysts. Typical examples are shown in Figures 1 to 3. The stone also contains dark basic clots (see Figure 4). Figure 5 shows polished granite.
