Description
A small pit quarry with an 8 m high quarry face, located at the edge of a small forest about 1.2 km southeast from the centre of Mšené-lázně. It is accessible via a field path leading from road No. 118 between Mšené-lázně and Šlapanice. Sandstone is mined by jetting off blocks with a water jet. The stone is usually processed into gross stonework products at the quarry.
