Description
This quarry is situated in the forest around 1 km northwest of the village of Pohořany. It is accessible via the road connecting Dolany with Jívová, from which there is a forest track leading west to the quarry. The quarry face is approx. 18 m high. Stone is not currently quarried here, however preparations are underway and quarrying is expected to start within 5 years.
