Description:
The limestone is a light ochre colour in the base, in places light grey (see Figure 1). It is richly coloured in various shades of ochre to brown, over the surface and in layers, as can be seen in Figures 2 to 4. Figure 5 shows dark-brown colouration, which occurs on planes of division, while Figure 6 shows an abundance of fossil impressions.
